Quatro Office

This is a contemporary office space of 24m2. Quatro Office is designed for the ones who appreciate modern clean lines and timeless design. If you were always looking for the office space of your needs and be able to place wherever you want this might be a great solution. We see Quatro as a modular system with many possibilities.

The total covered area space is 30m2 with a 6m2 outdoor patio and a big nice flat rooftop. The ceiling height is xxx meters with a vaulted roof. The front of the door is entirely made of glass for daily sunlight that can be customized with fewer or more windows. You will have additional windows on the back of the house.

The Quatro office space is a  jaw-dropper.  All Quatro offices come with no kitchen and no bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms are separate. Quatro Office has a big rooftop for summer days or for just enjoying the view. These spaces are designed separately as communal areas. If wanted we can add a WC to the units.

Facts: The platform is made of a steel framework, covered with wood veneer. The thickness of the veneer will be 15cm. The walls are supported with steel, sound, heat and waterproofed insulated. All houses come with electrical and plumbing , thickness 15cm.  Doors and windows, kitchen cabinet worktops and bathroom sanitaryware and assembly are included in the price. However, this model differs from our others.

We can build this house in different wood types but generally use yellow pine if not requested differently.

We make it simple, but significant

The shell of the building consists of a roof, exterior walls, including windows and doors, and a foundation. It is necessary that all those structures, elements and details of the house were assembled professionally, thorough and accurate. Most of the heat escapes through the roof, so it is important to put the insulation materials right. Proper installation of windows and doors in the wooden house, too, plays an important role in the energy efficiency of the house.

Quatro Offices’ interior is customizable. We can do one open space or divide the space into 1  bathroom.

The starting price is TL xxxx per square meters 24m2 x  = TL  Included in the price are steel and woodworks, standard flooring (can be customized), standard Dogal Yapi bathroom appliances (can be customized), standard Dogal Yapi windows and doors installation, kitchen nook with installation,  water, plumbing and electricity lines**.
