Farmhouse Bodrum

This house model is a hommage to Bodrum. 64m2 of total living space and one of our biggest models. A cozy and nice Farmhouse feel with the comfort of modern living. We kept the house white and the window frames blue adapt the Bodrum feeling to it. A family home with 2 bedrooms and a living room.  This house can be placed on any terrain. The big upstairs balcony invites you to enjoy the summer breeze on a hammock.

These more traditional wood homes are a commitment to healthy living. A space of 9,5 x 9,5 meters is required for assembly for this house. Lower level living space is 40m2. You can enjoy 7,50 meters of Veranda. A total ceiling height of 6,50 meters.

Upstairs you will have a second level of living space of 20m2. These homes can be customized and start usually at 60m2.  All standard Farmhouses come with a living room, kitchen nook, 2 bedrooms,  1 bathroom, and covered outdoor patio.

The total covered area space is 64m2 with a 6m2 outdoor patio. The ceiling height is 3 meters with a vaulted roof.  This can be a family house, a guest house or a multi-functional space.

Facts: The platform is made of a steel framework, covered with wood veneer. The thickness of the veneer will be 15cm. The walls are supported with steel, sound, heat and waterproofed insulated. All houses come with electrical and plumbing, thickness 10cm.  Doors and windows, kitchen cabinet worktops and bathroom sanitary ware and assembly are included in the price. However, this model differs from our others.

We can build this house in different wood types but generally use yellow pine half logs, if not requested differently.

We make it simple, but significant

The shell of the building consists of a roof, exterior walls, including windows and doors, and a foundation. It is necessary that all those structures, elements and details of the house were assembled professionally, thorough and accurate. Most of the heat escapes through the roof, so it is important to put the insulation materials right. Proper installation of windows and doors in the wooden house, too, plays an important role in the energy efficiency of the house.

The starting price is TL 2500 per square meters 64m2 x TL 2500 = TL 160.000 . Included in the price are steel and woodworks, standard flooring (can be customized), standard Dogal Yapi bathroom appliances (can be customized), standard Dogal Yapi windows and doors installation, kitchen nook with installation,  water, plumbing and electricity lines**.
